Government-Sponsored Students (KUCCPS)
- Ensure you have received an invitation from KUCCPS.
- Click on Login at the top or bottom of this section.
- Enter the required login details.
- On first login, accept or reject the programme. Accepting grants access to services, rejecting denies access.
Self-Sponsored Students
- Choose your programme and check qualifications in "Our Programmes" menu.
- Click on Apply at the top or bottom of this section.
- Fill in the required application details.
- Submit your application.
- Receive an email with your application ID.
- Pay the required application fee.
- Track your application status using your Application ID and Password.
Paper Admission Application Process
- Download the application form from our website or pick it from the Registrar’s Office.
- Gather and certify required documents:
- Duly filled application form
- Primary & high school certificates (Certified)
- Diploma certificates (if any, Certified)
- Academic transcripts/result slip (Certified)
- National ID, Birth Certificate, or Passport
- Two passport-size photos
- Proof of application fee payment (KShs. 1000)
- Pay the application fee through the e-citizen.
- Submit the completed form and certified documents to the Registrar’s Office or mail them to the university.
- Once processed, receive your admission letter within 3 weeks.
