The Educational Management courses in the School of Education are offered in the Department of Educational Management and Policy Studies. These courses are important because they provide Student –Teachers with the skills to efficiently organize, plan and oversee all resources and activities within the educational institutions to achieve the desired goals. Students -Teachers are equipped with the necessary knowledge to foster positive learning environment, improve the quality of teaching and learning, and effectively manage human and financial resources and enhance overall growth of educational institutions and learners’ development. The Post-graduate courses in Educational Administration/Management equip graduate students in Strategic Planning, Resource Management and Policy Implementation in order to improve learners’ outcomes and foster a positive learning environment. These programs provide advanced theoretical knowledge and practical experiences in areas of Human Resource Management, Curriculum Development, Leadership, and preparing administrators to effectively and efficiently manage emerging trends and challenges in the education sector.
